WorKing LiFe HaS FinallY StarTed...

todays my first day to work... i have no feelings at all... no feeling of excited, nervous, anxious or what so ever ... but all that came when i was waitin for the stupid bus..
of all days the stupid bus choose not to be punctual on my 'big' day. i got a little bit panic... then my brother called for a cab. it was actually a right decision to call the cab cause if we would take the bus there, we would be caught in d traffic jam and we had to walk for quite a distance to reach the office. not to say we actually dont really noe where is the place too... haha..

i guess i was blessed to have a really good taxi driver who knows how to use all short cuts to bit the jam.

i actually nearly fell asleep on my first day... hahaha... its really boring when they put the 'show' about safety when you are using your mouse [sai mmm sai oh... haha..], the right posture when you are sitting... etc...

i was the only asian in that batch. there are 9 person in this batch. 5 guys, 4 girls. all of them are british except for me and a girl from poland. she is 25 and she is married [early man...].
i think i mix quite well with them... i guess....
just that sometimes i have difficulty in LISTENING THEM TALKING... mah de...talk so fast buat apa... hahahaha...

this job is not as easy as i thought it would be. it is sooo complicating ... stupid nia....
hopefully i can survive here .... i really hope sooo..... = )

from the SHORT conversation, he called me NARROW MINDED.. and told me to be more OPEN and go out MORE... SHUT UP LA>>> ASS HOLE>... grrr...

judge people by only a short conversation and talk that as if i m a naive stupid girl.. die la....

i just hate people misunderstood me or judge me wroongly... or even worse treat me as if i m a moron or what ... grrr ~~~~~~

but who cares what he thinks... hehehe... i know myself better than anyone does ... and i believe my fellow friends and 'members' know me better than anyone does ... + )

this is how i get my result. yesterday i went to Durham with my brothers and their girlfrieds. i was trying hard to forget about the result thing.. when i got back from home.. i was really exhausted and i had no trouble in getting into sleep. but before that, i was actually scared with the results that might turn out. i have no confident in my physic and biology. these 2 subject are the worse nightmare through out the exam.. but i scored A2.. is that possible?????
i actually had 'nightmares' during my sleep. i dream that my GRANNY (of all ppl .. my granny pula... ) took the results for me... and i scored 5As & ... + 1D for phyisc + 1F for biology...
i actually woke up from the dream.. after seeing the F and the D.. (man.. thats scary..)
then came the actual results - the call.

i guess i should be thankful for getting such GOOD results.. inspite of what i wrote during the exam. frankly, i dont know what the hell i wrote on the answer sheet.

when i started to feel GRATEFUL. i got a news from my buddy. XX scored straight As..
i was like... are you joking ?? its not that i m lookin down at XX... its just that, all this while, i scored higher than her... and the results came out was she got straight and i got only 10As???? Its just soooo unfair...
i was pretty upset.. or even worse.. i m VERY UPSET...
but what can i do... its all faithed i guess... the only thing i can do is continue on with my life...

its not that i m being calculative or what..
its not that i take the SPM results VERY SERIOUSLY.. its the feeling of .. being UNFAIR that is bothering me....
GRRR!~~~~~!~~~~~!~~~~~! i m still mad ah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
to be frank, i dont have any feeling of happy or joyful when i received the result. its just like a normal day life... nothing special(am i normal or not??)
the only feeling i have is GEIK HEI!!!!!!!

Haih.. gotta try my best to forget all about it.... haha...
i called my parents for money for me to shop (as a gift for me)... haha.. hopefully i will get it... but my brother promise me that he would buy something for me on satruday.. hurray.. haahahaha.. i just LOVE PRESENTS!!!!!
my brothers plan to belanja me dinner on saturday (dunno whether its true anot...)

anyway... now.. i m just feeling .. MAD.. and MAD.. and MAD...
but when i think of PRESENTS.. i feel HAPPY AGAIN >> hahha.. being mooody i guess.. hehe.. + P

DurHam

Dan : Sleep now, by 6 or 7 am i will wake u up.. then we will be going to Durham..

wahahhahahahhahaahahahaha.......... its so funny when i recall this conversation, because we ended up waking up at 10.30am.. and we woke up because TOMMY Woke us up .. hahahaha..

today, we are leaving for Durham. its a place down sourth, 30 minutes by train... and there we are - Durham.
8 of us went there. 4 gurls & 4 boys = 3 couples + 2 singles (me & adrian).

we visited a church - Castle Chare. took some photos there, then we went to a green colour burger king for branch...
we were joking around, trying to order using hokkien.. hahaha.. can you imagine if the guai lou can understand what we are talking.. then .. dai gah liao .. haha...

the most time we spent on was visiting the Castle of Durham. after time, it was then convert into a university in the early 19 century. it was once the place where the prince bishop lives in...
the building is just .... perfect. the majestic look of the castle gives you a great feeling of civilization. all these were handmade. the carving, the paintings. the fine hand work on the stairs was just incredible. they built the stairs without a single nail, everything was based on understanding of the structure and the knowledge of physic.

we visited inside the castle with a tour guide guiding us throuh it. she actually told us that there's a ghost lady staying in the castle. her name is Lady of Grey (if i m not mistaken la...). she was either killed by her husband or commit suicide by jumping from the top of the castle(highest level) to the ground (inside of the castle). i think she fallen down through the Black Stairs, thats why the stairs is haunted.
then there is the Great Hall. Just like what we saw in Harry Potter's movies, the hall is just wonderfull. potraits of important people were hung on the walls, from the founder of the university to the prince bishop who ruled the castle.

everything inside is just nice... from what they said, University of Durham is one of the top 5 universities in UK. the student hostel here is just so beautiful. they use the olden days room as acommodation of students. from the room, you can actually have the view of the whole city of Durham.
can you imagine how proud you would be if you are one of the students of this university?
studying in one of the top 5 universities in UK, staying in such a beautiful place, being such a smart person (you gotta be smart to enter this uni right... ), having classes in such a magnificient place, a place where thousand years ago, important events occured at the very same place... what else can you ask for man... gotta be super duper grateful man...

maybe .. maybe .. the only bad thing about it is .. ghost.. maybe 'someone' would be sharing something, some place with you... hehehehe....

we had dinner back in newcastle. we had korean bbq. the very first time, i felt that kim chee isnt that bad at all.. hahaha..
the food there were delicious and the BBQ meat were ... NICELY DONE.. hehe
we had raw beef (sang gao yok). its beef cut into cubes .. then add a raw egg on it.. then mix it well.. then TAH TAH>>> Beef is served... it taste nice..= )

they actually served us fruits and TONG SUI(what do call that in eng ah... erm...).
Damn doink de la... the oranges they served had some red stain on the flesh. they assumed that someone cut his finger and continue cutting the orange with a bleeding finger or they used a knife which is used to chop beef to cut the oranges. then they actually ask the waiter was someone hurt while cutting the oranges...
the waiter told us that this is not BLOOD, this is called SUET CHANG... not HUET CHANG .. hahaa... damn embarasing man...
a bunch of people acting smart.. ahhahaa....

before leaving the restaurant, we got a chance to take a photo with a waitress there who is a KOREAN.
her outfit was just sooo nice ... hehehe.. and she is very pretty too...

Hahaha.. this was what happened during my interview..
i couldnt really remember everything but i remember this question and i will remember the answer i gave.. forever and ever ......

Q : Data Entry Job would be a really repetitive work and it would be boring. WHat will motivate you?
A : Shopping (man... why the hell i give this answer). People come to work for earn a living. We work to earn money to pay for our daily expenses, do things we like. When we are happy, our productivity level will increrase.
(what kind of answer is that??? i dont know what happen to me .. ahhaha)

man... this old folks are the MAN man!!!! hahaha.... this incident is really an eye opener for me.. hahaha... over here, you dont ever ever look down at the old folks..haha..

today, while walking along the street, all in the sudden an old man, a cute beh beh climbed over the fence. instead of crossing the road with the NORMAL way, he choose to the YENG way to come over to the other side..haha..
thats not the end of the story... the best part was..he had 2 KAWAN with him..hahaha.. another BEH BEH & PO PO... hahahaha...
they were super adorable... the other 2 friends had some difficulty. i helped the granny cause its rather high for her to jump down. then my brother heleped the other Beh Beh ...
they gave us a really warm smile and thank us for lending a helping hand...

old folks here are so different as the old folks in malaysia. they are so energetic and fit.. hahaa.... i just love old folks... hehe..

and today was rather weird, there were alot of old folks out in the street. tommy told me maybe today is BEH BEH PO PO Day.. haha...

now, im in adrian's (5th brother) place online-ing. my house internet would be installed on the 8th of March ..... grrr.....
gotta tahan for another few days ah!!!!!!!!
oh yah, i m gonna start work on the 14th of March... haih.. after that day, i wont be at home lepaking liao .. haih.. but i would have money to go SHOPPING>. wahhahahhaha... wahahhahahaaha

GoT D JoB ~~

after 2 days of waiting since the interview, i finally got the job. so looks like my plan to go back to malaysia in the month of january gotta cancel. but no worries, i got better plan for it..hahaha...

i plan to go for the 3rd intake right now. since my contract its gonna end in the month of march, then i will for the euro tour in the month of april. after visiting here and there, maybe spend another month in my brother's place... then go back to malaysia in the month of May???? then take up driving lessons for about a month & a half.. by that time it would be like July. besides taking driving lessons, i plan to go for english course before starting uni/college.
by the month of August, i would go for a china/hongkong/korea tour... wahhahaha.. then only i start Uni/College... is my plan goood or wat??? hahahhaha.. wahaha.... gotta get my buddies to start saving money to company me to tour .. whahahahahahaha....... whahahahahahhhahaa.
opps forgotten about taking korean lessons with hui wenn..ahaha.. the deal is still on oh ..

i really wanna go china to visit the forbidden city(is it??), great wall of china, then the statues(which i forgotten wats d name), go for sight seeing. then go shopping in hongkong & korea... wah sai ....... i just love to tour man!!!!!! then go makan .. makan .. makan... and makan....

hopefully everything can go according to plan .... = )
