Heaton Park, Heaton Baptist Church

Its like as if we are having our Annual Sports day.. haha..
Dont know of what reason everyone decided to do some excersise ><''//
Veronica wanted to play tennis but the courts were fully occupied. So we took Ziv for a walk first while waiting for the court to be avaiable.

When we came back, the courts were still occupied, so Veronica played basketball with Brian while I took Ziv for a walk AGAIN. Everyone knows I am hopeless with BALLS.. haha..
Btw, I saw one really cute BBC (I think) playing tennis with his friends =P.

Around 5.15pm, Veronica & I went back first as we were going to attend a 6.00pm service at the Heaton Baptist Church which is situated just at the end of the road, same row as our house (How near is that huh.. haha).

Both of us were quite anxious of going in, as its our first time here.
As usual, Christians... A very warm welcome and some introduction.
Anna was a really nice girl, a girl that you never thought that will be so devoted with religion stuff... haha...

It isnt a BIG church, more of a community church I would say. But it still have 2 floors, just like the Pantai Baptist Church I USED to go... haha.. USED to... ANCIENT HISTORY.. haha...

There was a tea/cakes corner at the entrance. Both of us were so anxious that we werent doing the right thing. WE WERE SUPPOSE TO GET THE CAKES!!!!!!
Its already 6pm and Veronica was pretty hungry (after all the excersice) while I was just loving the cakes =P. Another mistake was WE SHOULD HAVE TAKEN ORANGE JUICE instead of TEA!!!
Well, nevermind then....

The BIGGEST MISTAKE we did was ATTENDING THE WRONG SERVICE. Why did I say so?
This morning, we were supposed to attend the MORNING service, but as you know, WE COULDNT WAKE UP ~ aiks ~. Thats why we were at the evening service.

It happens that the Evening Service is for the people who already attended the morning service to express what they feeeeeeeeel about the teaching from the morning service. What hav they learnt bout it, how did it affected their life.
Thats something DIFFERENT from Malaysia's churches.
They give people time to digest alll the teaching & let them express their opinion, thinking & feeeeeling. Where else in Malaysia, after a service everyone just went home and start a new lesson next weeeek.

Many people walked out & shared their experience. Lots of people cried... getting emotional when it comes to something that affects sooo much of your life.
When everyone's busy expresssing their feeling, both of us just sat there waiting for the service to end.... haha....

Why cant they just put the microphone nearer to them, why cant they speak LOUDER????
I just cant hear what the pastor was saying, he was like just mumbling through his speech...
Whenever one finish sharing their story, a SUPER LADY will run towards him/her & pray for him/her... cool huh... INSTANT ACTION...

At the begining of the service, all students were asked to stand up so that the lady can pray for us, pray for everything to go smoooooth.
How good is that ~ ~ ~ ~

I think I will start going to church. At least in the church, you can meet lots of new nice people ^^

First Proper Meal

I am so impressed with myself haha...
Its my first time preparing a proper meal, all by myself ^^.
I cooked 面线 (mian xian aka mi sua) with chinese mushroom with mince beef & salad onion in soup cooked of ikan bilis & Knows cubes... haha...

I woke up early in the morning, and walked to Morrison.
The weather was REALLLY goood. Sunny yet cold at the same time.
I never thought that walking early in the morning would feel soo good.
It makes yo u feel really FRESH.

I was like sooooo HOUSEWIFE man!!!!
Did the laudry in the morning then went shopping for food after that... man... what kind of life... haha..

After that, came back to coook.
Everyone said it was goood, Eric, Adrian & Dan.
I think the one I cooked is better than Ah Ma's one... haha...
Wait till I go back & cook for grandparents & dad & mum ^^

Phill's Last Day

Today's Phill's last day in PPA, NHS.
He found something BETTER, with more pay, better enviroment & less PREASURE.

Stacey will be starting her 2 weeks holiday next week. And I will be left all alone at the office ><''//

And Monika's leaving this wednesday.

More and more people's leaving the company... I guess thats a good thing for me, cause they will not FIRE anyone as there isnt enough man power to key in the datas.

Difference

I think we should be grateful to be born as CHINESE and not any westerners.
No matter what, asian's thinking of life will be different as westerners.
Why I said so? I got this idea after listening to Stacey's conversation about her mother & her relationship.

She feels that fetching her mother to some where, ordering her to buy a butter EVERYTIME is NOT RIGHT, because thats her FREE time. She has no obligation to spend ALL her time on HER. I was like... WHAT?? She's your mum huh... If you dont do so, who will??
If thats wrong, then Ah Ma's living like a QUEEN izzit???? If thats wrong, wait till she sees the ASIAN way of living with their parents, then she will know HOW FREEEEEEE her style is...

So old folks, thank god that you you dont hav a westerner thinkin daughter ^^

Another Day...

Time just fly... and its end of a week again.
Monika's leaving this Wednesday for her new job as an accoutant. Finally she's doing something she's suppose to do.
And obviously thats a MUCH better job, with £1600 & a company car after probational period, isnt that coool or what? Compared to the accountants in Malaysia, fresh graduate get only RM1400... pitiful huh...

Well, today's been a good day. I managed to hit my target & go back early ^^.
I 'run' frm the office to Greggs to get my brother the stupid Steak Pastry then catch the bus back home, just in time to let him hav his food before work...

Da jie didnt cook today as she's going some where with Brian, so I had Korean Instant Noodles + Vege + Egg for dinner, then had Carrot Cake for dessert!!
MAN!! Marks & Spencers's CARROT CAKE is GOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!!! Hmmm ~ Hmmm ~ Yummy ~

Everyone at home's gone crazy with 酒店风云, everyone but ME, Adrian & ZIV... haha...

Target Achieved

Today's been a good day, achived my target. Even better, I managed to make up the LOSSES on Monday & Tuesday & made my average for the 3 days just as the target given ^^.

I think I am getting to be a PASTA expert... HAHA... I can now cook quite good pasta, in sauce or fried... haha... Did pasta for tomorrow's lunch ^^.
It gettting boring to hav sandwich everyday. Not that the sandwich arent good, they ar tasty, just that having too much can be quite... ermm... yukky... haha...

Just finish watching Monster In Law. Had that downloaded days ago, but didnt hav the time to watch it... It always had to be that way, I m the one who d/l it but I get to be the last to watch it ><.
MAN, MONSTER IN LAW is sooooooooooooooooo REAL... I do believe such thing happening, affairs between mother in law & daughter in law...

New Mobile ~ Streessss

Wee ~ ~ I got my new mobile ^^, Samsung E530 maroon in color.

Its such a feminine phone... specialllly for GIRLS... It hav PINK Calander specially for PERIOD... Shopping LIST for SHOPPING... Perfume Decider ^^ etc.
The skin in skin is sooooooo cute ^^ & girlly & colorful.
The camera of the phone's quite gooood too... with 1 Megapixel, the quality is pretty good.
Realllly HAPPPY with that phone. Its a good & basic phone... That doesnt make me dont like my Sony Erricson V800/Z800i ^^.

As for work, its not that pretty. I thought my review would be GREAT, but it turn out to be NOT SO GREAT. Not that I didnt meet my last week target, but I even achieved something BEYOND my target. But Monday's output was less than the target given this weeek. BEcause of one day, she gave me a HORRIBLE LOOK!! As if I've made some HUGE MISTAKE & as if I like will not MEET my average target for the week...
Thats really stressful & frustrating....
I hope that everything will turn well... I HOPE...
